We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tinker Tailor purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

To start a return, open your order in your account and choose to request a return, or contact our customer care team at customercare@tinkertailor.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Because each piece is made to order, an exchange is made fresh for you and follows our usual production time. Please contact us at customercare@tinkertailor.com to arrange an exchange.
